[Futuregen] Team meeting 14 May: reflecting on the SB meeting

Dear Janet,

Thank you very much for the information on the next steps foreseen for 
the qualitative study.
It would have been very good to be able to discuss them today in person 
with you during the zoom and to be able to bring you up to date on what 
was discussed during the sessions of the SB meeting where you were not 
present.

We have today tentatively agreed on the following dates for the next zooms:
2.6 or 4.6
16.6
29.6
All times are 13h30 CET and we foresee each zoom to take 2h30 each at 
the maximum.
I would like to ask you to please confirm that you are able to attend 
*all* these zooms in full and for the first set of dates above I would 
ask you to please indicate your preference for a date.
Furthermore, we would like to discuss already the results of the pilot 
for the qualitative study in the 3 countries on the 2/4.6 meeting.

We find that the project greatly benefits from having everyone taking 
part in these zoom. This also greatly eases communication (e.g. we are 
able to agree immediately on the dates of the next zooms with little 
need to go back and forth on dates and availability). We hope that you 
are able to join us!

I have double-checked that you are on the mailing list, but could you 
please confirm that you got this e-mail?
