[Futuregen] Team meeting 14 May: reflecting on the SB meeting

Hi Stefania and Everyone,
I am so glad that the rest of the meeting went well. The SB members seem great and very involved.

I did not have a meeting in my calendar for Futurgen tomorrow  - and am not sure if I was supposed to be there ( I am guessing yes 🙂) - and have a conflict for tomorrow's meeting anyway (another meeting for a graduate program I teach in).

If Erika and Selma will be there then perhaps they can relate issues related to the qualitative study to me later and I can look at the meeting minutes.

For our next steps in the qualitative study, we will plan to meet (sometime next week), start the pilot testing and plan to meet with the SB in the next few weeks. I'd be interested to know what the plans are for connecting with the SB and the overall project, as I do not want to conflict with other plans and be asking the SB to meet if they are already busy supporting other WPs. I am happy to work with the group to figure out how to work with the SB - just let me/us know!

Well done getting a big group of busy people together earlier today - that is not easy to do!
