Dear all,
Thank you for the feedback.
If you can wake up at 5 am, Susan, that would be most helpful for the
meeting as you could join already from the Data Navigator session.
I think that's the least bad option, among those I considered.
Here is a new revised agenda, with some more breaks. The last session
has over 1h, as this is also our buffer in case we have some delays in
the previous sessions. We will need to be very much on time with our
presentations.
10h30-11h50: Opening the SB meeting and overall progress of the project
thus far.
10h50-11h35: Data Navigator: presentation (10 mins) of website and
feedback, discussion.
11h35-11h45: Short break
11h45-12h35: WP2 presentation (15 mins) and discussion.
Lunch break
13h45-14h25: Qual study discussion (presentation?)
14h25-15h15: WP1 presentation (15 mins) and discussion
15h15-15h25: Break
15h25-16h15: WP3 (15 mins) presentation
16h15-16h25: Break
16h25-17h30: Miscellaneous [for now I put this as a place holder, but I
think we need some "openE time at the end]: dissemination, including
COVID, next steps and staying engaged.
We will have a chance to discuss the agenda further next week.
What I would like all of us to think/prepare till our next zoom for
discussion is:
i) how best to do the presentation and organize the feedback of the SB
in our/your session?
ii) What do you specifically want to achieve with/get from the SB
meeting for your session/WP (just disseminate findings, get comments,
"validate" findings, etc)?
iii) Place yourselves in the SB shoes: how relevant to them is the
findings you are presenting in your session/WP?
We will go through the questions above to help us structure the meeting
and each session.
Apart from the SB, we would also like to use the next zoom to decide
about the data availability in the Data Navigator, as we would need to
settle this to progress with the pilot webpage.
Thank you very much and looking forward to the zoom (I will place the
above in the Freedcamp).
Best wishes,
Ricardo
