Hi Janet,

Thank you very much for your e-mail.
We are set for the 4.6 and 16.6 then.
We would need to find a replacement for the 29.6. I seem to recall 
Stefan would be on holiday from 1.7 onward. Is this correct?
I could do 30.6, 1.7 or 2.7, otherwise would suggest the 26.7. Would you 
be available on those dates?

I think it's a good idea to talk over Skype on how best to coordinate 
things, Janet.
I could do it today between 15h30 and 16h45 CET. Would this suit you?
