[Futuregen] Qualitative study and involvement of the Sounding Board for newsletter

Dear Janet,

We have posted the minutes of our last zoom on Freedcamp.

We had agreed that you would propose a specific way of involving the SB 
in implementing the qualitative study. I was wondering if you could send 
around a proposal for this in the next couple of days (e.g. till 
Thursday), please?

As we are preparing the newsletter for the SB, I was also thinking this 
would be a good time and way to inform the SB that we would expect their 
involvement in the process leading to the qualitative study and give 
some (minor) information about what this involvement might look like. We 
would not need to give too many details at this stage. What do you think 
of this?

For us all, it would also be good to provide some information about the 
scope/focus of the qualitative study in our WP4 news for the newsletter.
