[Futuregen] Next zoom (August) and some information regarding WP2

Dear all,

We are making use of the summer time to enjoy the sun here in Central 
Europe (and Ireland, for Stefania), but also to progress with our work. :)

We had decided to postpone the zoom originally scheduled for 31.7 for 
the week after due to the vacations of several of us. I wanted to get 
back to this and suggest that the next zoom takes place on the 7.8 at 
14h00 CET (8h00 CAN time?). Would this suit you, Stefan and Susan? If 
so, I would soon post the agenda on the Freedcamp. If you are not 
available, please feel free to suggest an alternative.

Speaking of which, Afshin, we have sent you an invitation to Freedcamp, 
which is a sort of intranet we use for posting some communications, 
deadlines and documents related to the project. We usually use the forum 
section to post the agenda and minutes of our meetings. Welcome! :)

Ahead of the next zoom we are sharing with you in the attached doc some 
of the ideas that we have been discussing about how to carry out the 
first task of WP2. We would like you to have a look at these as we would 
like to hear your thoughts on our plans during the next zoom, please.
