[Futuregen] FutureGEN agenda 15.01.2021

Dear all,

I hope you had a nice and relaxing holiday season and that you are all 
in good health!

Here is the agenda and below the link for our zoom meeting on the 15.1 
at 13h30 CET:

i) Introduction of new team member - Cassandra Simmons - and tour de 
table with update of progress of different WPs (30 minutes)

ii) WP2: Update on CLSA paper and discussion of early findings (e.g. 
descriptive stats); next steps (40 minutes). Afshin would you be able to 
send something ahead of the meeting so that we can all prepare, please?

iii) AOB (5 minutes)

iv) PhD Workshops: discussion of feasibility of dates/modes 
(face-to-face or online) and recruitment strategies for participants (30 
minutes). For the sake of efficiency we will have this discussion this 
time only between each team's PI and Afshin. I would like to kindly ask 
Susan, Stefan and Ashin to check the previous decisions made on the PhD 
workshop ahead of the meeting (see minutes on Freedcamp).


Regarding i), Eszter will be on leave for 2 months starting in February 
and our colleague Cassandra Simmons will take over from Eszter until she 
is back. Cassandra will introduce herself during the next zoom and we 
are very happy to have her joining FutureGEN!
