[Futuregen] FutureGEN's comments to EU Green Book on Ageing

Dear all,

Nothing to flag on my end either apart from the short paragraph 
explaining the FutureGEN project: I think it would be better suited 
closer to the beginning of the contribution. In my opinion it reads a 
bit random with where it's currently placed.
