Here is the proposed roster of note-taking for the SB session:

Introduction (Austria takes notes)

Data Navigator (Canada - Susan, thanks! - takes notes)

WP2 (Sweden takes notes)

WP1 (Austria takes notes)

WP4 (qual) (Sweden takes notes)

WP3 (Austria takes notes)

Final discussion (Austria takes notes)

The Austrian team has one "extra" session, but I don't expect many notes 
to be needed in the intro. As agreed, who takes notes within each team 
is very much up to each team to decide - All power to the Soviets! :)
