  Dear Sounding Board Members,

We would like to update you on the Sounding Board Meeting which will
take place in Stockholm on the 13th of May 2020.

At present we would like to stick to the planned date and format.
However, we would like to ask you to abstain from proceeding with your
travel arrangements as a final decision as to whether the meeting will
be virtual (via zoom) or face-to-face, will be made on the 2nd of April
to account for the latest COVID-19 developments.

I would like to kindly ask you to inform me as soon as possible, if you
have any travel restrictions and/or if you have already booked your
travel.

Dear Sounding Board Members,

Thank you very much for your participation in the doodle.

The next Sounding Board meeting will take place in Stockholm on the 13th
of May. As before, we would kindly ask you to arrive the day before, so
that we could all meet and go together for a social dinner in Stockholm.
We will send around an agenda in due time, but the meeting is likely to
last till 16h30 on the 13th.

Judith Schreiber will be in contact with you soon with the logistic
details.

For those of you that will not be able to attend on the 13th of May we
will be in touch soon about how to involve you.

We are looking forward to meeting you all in Stockholm!
