[Futuregen] SB Meeting date in May

For my part, I think Mon-Tue + Thursday would be enough - but I would also be ok with extending the meeting to Friday.

In order to book appropriate rooms, I would need to know (approximately) how many participants we will be - both for the SB meeting and for 'our own' meeting days. So, please let me know as soon as possible.

All the best,

Stefan

Dear all,

Thanks a lot for your replies.
I will set the date of the SB for Wed.

This means that we will likely meet on Mon-Tue and then on Thu again.
Would Friday be needed?
Best wishes,
Ricardo
