Dear all,

We are still some time from the SB meeting but I would like us to start
thinking about it and what we would want to present and have inputs from
the SB. This also gives us a very good “to do” list till the SB.

Here is a first step for this with some ideas. I would ask you to
comment on these and/or propose changes please. Please bear in mind that
for WPs 1 and 3 these are merely suggestions.

Data Navigator: to have the pilot ready, which will consist of graphic
information trends per gender and SEC for two “outcome” variables: ADLs
and formal care use. For formal care use we might also include a cohort
graph.

WP1: to present and have feedback on the first results of the cohort
analysis for ADLs/IADLs [This could be more interesting and more
relevant for feedback from SB members than the review – just a
suggestion].

WP2: to present the results of the analysis on marital status/living
arrangements and the effects on care use.

WP3: to present the results of the review on methods – the challenge
here might be to entice a discussion from a heterogenous group of people
with different backgrounds on methods. Ideas?

WP3: to present to SB the qualitative study (scope, sample and
questions) for possible feedback on how to improve it – NOTE: we will
likely have the qualitative study already submitted to Ethics at that
stage, as discussed during the last zoom.

We could take this further in the next zoom, but I would really like us
to advance already via e-mail, so please feel free to react to the
above.
Looking forward to your replies!

Best wishes,
Ricardo
