[Futuregen] Proposed agenda for the next meeting

Dear all,

I hope you had a nice and relaxing summer time!
We are resuming our regular zoom meetings this week and I'm looking 
forward to seeing you and talking to you all!

Here is a proposed agenda for the meeting, based on what we have agreed 
to do during the summer. We have reserved 3 hours for this, although we 
might not need all of it:

i) WP1 (40 minutes)
Aim was to have drafts for review and cohort study for discussion. 
Stefan and colleagues, could you share the drafts at this point for the 
discussion, please?

ii) WP2 (30 minutes)
Aim was to have a draft of the paper on widowhood for discussion and to 
start taking inputs for the discussion. Stefania will circulate the 
current draft that will form the basis for the exchange during the zoom.

iii) WP3 (30 minutes)
We did not have an aim for this, but maybe Susan and Afshin want to 
resume the discussion of further plans for this. You all saw that the 
methods review was submitted to SSM Population Health.

iv) WP4 (20 minutes)
We did not have an aim for this, with the ball on the side of the ethics 
committee in Sweden. Suggest to briefly discuss the status quo and 
possible next steps. Chiefly among these: contingency planning for 
Fall/Winter with COVID.

v) Dissemination (30 minutes)
The website is done and ready to be launched. We aim to do that this 
week still and we just wanted to get your thoughts on how to increase 
its reach. We will also open up the newsletter to people outside the SB.

vi) AOB (15 minutes)

Please feel free to add/propose changes to the above as always. We will 
circulate the zoom link and as a reminder, the meeting takes place this 
Wed, 2.9, at 13h30 CET.
