[Futuregen] PIPCO study

Dear all,

Attached the data collection instrument I've mentioned. It's nicely put 
together and well thought through. At least to my eye. It is already 
being picked up by different research groups and would certainly help 
with international comparability of data down the road if can link our 
study to some of their items.
