[Futuregen] Review on care and next zoom date

Thanks, Stefan. We are applying for CLSA data and have included ADLs and
IADLs and indicators of physical function in the application. I think we
have asked for anything that is covered in your search strategy. So, if we
want to use CLSA data hopefully we will have in although it will likely
take 3-6 months. We also asked for care receiving.
