[Futuregen.sb] Fwd: Documents for the SB meeting on the 13.5

Dear members of the Sounding Board of FutureGEN,

We have a small, but important, correction to make to one of the PPTs, 
as Dr Karin Schindler from the Austrian Ministry of Social Affairs, 
Health, Care and Consumer Protection will also join our meeting 
tomorrow. Please find the corrected version attached.

We also attach the notes taken during the last SB meeting that were 
previusly circulated among us, for convenience of those who did not 
attend the first meeting.

Dear members of the Sounding Board of FutureGEN,


Please find attached the documents for the virtual FutureGEN Sounding 
Board meeting of next week. These include the pdfs of the presentations, 
the agenda and the structure of the PhD workshop on intersectionality.

During the SB meeting we would recommend that you use video - unless 
your internet connection is not strong enough - so that it will be 
easier to raise your hand to intervene.

When not speaking, we would kindly ask you to mute the microphone, as 
this improves sound quality.

We will share the PPTs on screen while we are presenting them.

The meeting starts at 10h30 CET. Please feel free to join us some 
minutes earlier to make sure your connection works.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact any of us in reply 
to this e-mail.

We are looking forward to seeing you again and to discuss our findings 
and plans with you.
