We hope this e-mail finds you well.

We have previously sent you a tentative week date for the SB meeting in 
May 2020. The meeting will take place in Stockholm, Sweden.
We have now a doodle (see link below) for the exact date of the meeting 
on the week of the 11-15 May 2020:

The meeting will take one full day and if you arrive the day before 
(recommended) you will be kindly invited to a social dinner with all of 
us.
